Tamzen is a trained Acrobat, Dancer, and Aerialist. Her skills include: Contemporary, Ballet and Break dance, Acrobatics, Tumbling,
Hand Balance, and Circus Skills: Aerial: Cord de Lisse, and Silks, Juggling and Devil Sticks.
Having competed in gymnastics as part of GB national squad. She went on to gain a first class BA hons in contemporary dance at
LCDS. Since graduating Tamzen has worked as a freelance dancer for ‘The Generating co.’ ‘Some Dance co.’ ‘Haska Dance co’
‘Upswing Aerial performance’ and ‘The Flying Gorillas’ dance and theatre co, She has performed at numerous venues including
‘Love box’ festival 2005, ‘Mini Adventures’ for Mini Cooper,The Big Chill Festival and has worked on photographic and film shoots,
including, modeling for the Commonwealth games poster and Getty images. |

Tamzen is a qualified senior club coach in girls artistic gymnastics. A regular guest teacher at LCDS teaching upper body skills.
She was the body maintenance tutor at Bedford College for three years, and has choreographed for their 2nd year BTEC
dance and drama students. She has taught company class for ‘Lost Dog’ Dance co. and has taught creative workshops for the RAD.
Tamzen is also a freelance dance teacher and gymnastics coach. See teaching
